Vice President, People and Culture
Fraser joined Lux Equity in 2020 to lead and drive the People & Culture function. He works with his team and the leadership group to create an environment to foster positive employee engagement and to allow for the continual development of our people. He is also responsible for leading the Internal Communications, Office Management, and Payroll functions for the company.
Fraser has over fourteen years of progressive experience in human resources and talent management from various industries. His previous roles included Vice President, Talent in executive healthcare and as Director of Human Resources in an insurance and employee benefits brokerage firm. He has also worked in financial institutions and retail industries. Fraser has extensive experience in transforming HR services to a business partner model to meet aggressive business growth plans.
Fraser has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University, a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Seneca College, a Certificate of Project Management from Humber College, and holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) Designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
